Over the years we periodically accumulate “collectables” that occupy valuable space. K.Turner Transitions will work closely with the client to creatively re-organize your home to maintain a clutter-free environment. This enables the client to comfortably and confidently move forward to a new environment (particularly if they are selling), or to remain safely in the home without impediments that could potentially be safety hazards.
In this example, we achieved an orderly space in areas that had accumulated many treasures over a fifty year period. This was done to showcase some of the clients collection so that appraisers could put a value to the items. The environment then had to be emptied entirely as the house was being sold.
This added financial value for the family and the house sold quickly. Mission accomplished, a win for all!
